Fixed Mortgage Rates Remain Unchanged

The rate for a 30-year fixed-rate mortgage held steady at 3.65 percent this week, unchanged from the week prior, Freddie Mac said today. At this time last year, the 30-year FRM averaged 3.76 percent.

This week’s 15-year FRM averaged 2.95 percent, also unchanged from last week. A year ago, the 15-year FRM averaged 3.05 percent.
