The U.S. Postal Service will end its current 4.3 percent exigent surcharge, which will reduce prices of certain mail products — including commercial mail– effective April 10. The two-year surcharge agreement was put in place in 2014 to help mitigate USPS revenue declines during the recession, however, lawmakers have not voted to further extend the surcharge.
ABA Data Bank: Yen falls to lowest level in three decades
The Japanese Yen briefly weakened to 160 intra-day against the U.S. Dollar on Monday, it's lowest level since April 1990.
