Builder confidence in the market for single-family homes in February was 42, down from 47 the previous month, according to the National Association of Home Builders/Wells Fargo Housing Market Index released today. The current sales conditions index fell four points to 46, sales expectations in the next six months fell 13 points to 46 and traffic of prospective buyers declined three points to 29.
