Trump also named former Bear Stearns chief economist David Malpass as under secretary for international affairs, American Enterprise Institute economist Adam Lerrick as deputy under secretary for international finance, Hess Corporation lobbyist Drew Maloney as deputy under secretary for legislative affairs, Proskauer law partner Sigal Mandelker as under secretary for terrorism and financial intelligence and Sullivan and Cromwell partner Brent McIntosh as general counsel at Treasury.
