Gremlin Social’s new brand monitoring platform, Brand Guardian, is now available free of charge to American Bankers Association member banks. Through Brand Guardian, bankers can monitor the internet for mentions of their institution’s name in news outlets, blogs and social media – helping to manage reputational risk. The platform allows banks to set up alerts and periodic reports, filter results and monitor competition.
