The University of Michigan Consumer Sentiment Index preliminary October reading was 92.1, up from September’s final reading of 87.2 and surpassing analysts’ expectations. The first gain in four months, the figure was attributed in part to wage increases and declining energy prices.
Banking agencies release FAQ on capital treatment of tokenized securities
Financial institutions should treat an eligible tokenized security in the same manner as the non-tokenized form of the security under the capital rule, the Federal Reserve, FDIC and OCC said in a new FAQ.
