FDIC Seeks Feedback on Communication, Transparency

As part of an effort to increase efficiency and transparency, the FDIC today issued a request for information seeking feedback on its communication methods and related initiatives. Comments are due 60 days after publication in the Federal Register.

Specifically, the FDIC is seeking input on the various forms of communication it uses to provide information to financial institutions about regulations, policies and guidance, industry data, educational materials and other updates and how these channels could be improved or streamlined.
