The CFPB today added six new regulations to its eRegulations website — an online platform that makes regulations easier to find, read and understand. The site now includes information on the Equal Credit Opportunity Act (Regulation B); alternative mortgage transaction parity (Regulation D); land registration (Regulation J); purchasers’ revocation rights, sales practices and standards (Regulation K); specific rules of practice (Regulation L); and consumer leasing (Regulation M).
FDIC extends comment period for Genius Act implementation
The FDIC announced that it will push back to May the deadline for comment on its proposal to create a process through which banks can seek agency approval to issue stablecoins through a subsidiary.
