ABA has relaunched its flagship publication, the ABA Banking Journal, with a new look, fresh content and supplementary news site that will be the home for all ABA news. The May/June issue, now available online and in print, features a cover story on ABA’s 140th anniversary, an interview with FDIC Chairman Martin Gruenberg and features on the TILA/RESPA integrated disclosures and the arrival of the .bank domain.
The ABA Banking Journal news site — aba.com/BankingJournal — is also the new home for ABA email bulletin content, including stories from ABA Daily Newsbytes. Visitors to the site can view all news related to their job function within the bank, their bank type or by particular topics.
“After a six-month hiatus, during which we reimagined and redesigned our flagship publication, the ABA Banking Journal is back with content that we hope you find relevant, sophisticated and engaging,” said ABA President and CEO Frank Keating. “With guidance from the ABA Communications Council — a group of bank CEOs who are serving as the magazine’s editorial board — this magazine aims to be a valued resource, developed by bankers, for bankers.”
