Obama Names Two New CFTC Commissioners

The Obama administration today announced the nominations of Brian Quintenz and Chris Brummer to the Commodity Futures Trading Commission. Quintenz is the founder and managing principal of Washington, D.C.-based Saeculum Capital Management LLC and a former aide to Rep. Deborah Price. Brummer is a professor at Georgetown University Law School, with a background in international trade.
