ACNB in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, has agreed to buy Traditions Bancorp in York, Pennsylvania. The $2.5 billion-asset ACNB said in a news release that it will pay $73.5 million in stock for the $859 million-asset Traditions. The deal is expected to close in the first quarter.
