Princeton Bancorp to purchase Cornerstone Financial

The $2 billion-asset Princeton Bancorp in New Jersey said in a press release that it has agreed to buy the $321 million-asset Cornerstone Financial in Mount Laurel, New Jersey, for $17.9 million, subject to adjustment. The all-stock deal is expected to close in the second or third quarter.
