2019: Fill in the Gaps on Your Content Calendar

If one of your goals for 2019 is to line up a regular cadence of consumer-friendly content for your customers and prospects, we’re here to help.

Each year, ABA publishes a calendar of consumer awareness observances. You can use it as a guide for distributing financial education news, tip sheets and infographics throughout the year.

ABA also provides a library of consumer resources to share with your customers. Topics include mortgages, credit cards, fraud prevention, budgeting, saving for college, and more. Fill out your content calendar by matching the dates with the resources. For example:

  • January 28 is Data Privacy Day. Reach out to your customers with tips on Protecting Your Mobile Device.
  • April is Financial Literacy Month. It’s a perfect time to give the gift of financial education with Top 10 Tips for College Students.
  • October 17 is Get Smart about Credit Day. Celebrate with 7 Tips for Improving Your Credit Score.

Get ready to help your customers make better-informed financial decisions in 2019.
