“Our staff is at the heart of ABA’s mission to provide America’s banks with the tools they need to energize the economy and serve their customers and communities,” said ABA president and CEO Rob Nichols. “ABA employees take pride in their work and value the atmosphere, rewards and challenges associated with being part of our team. This designation will help us retain and attract top talent in the competitive Washington area, which can only further help our members.”

Among other things, employees rated ABA highly for the association’s overall atmosphere (93 percent), communication (89 percent), bosses (87 percent) and the challenging nature of their work (89 percent).
