ABA yesterday urged Senate leaders to pass the Cybersecurity Information Sharing Act — which may be brought to the Senate floor for a vote this week — and to defeat any amendments offered that would undermine the legislation.
“CISA facilitates increased cyber intelligence information sharing between the private and public sectors, and strikes the appropriate balance between protecting consumer privacy and allowing information sharing on serious threats to our nation’s critical infrastructure,” ABA said.
