First National of Nebraska in Omaha has agreed to buy InBankshares in Denver. First National, part of the $35 billion-asset First National of Nebraska, said in a press release that it will pay between $200 million and $204 million in cash for the parent of the $1.4 billion-asset InBank.
Equity Bancshares in Wichita, Kansas, has agreed to buy Lincoln Bancorp in Reinbeck, Iowa. The $7.7 billion-asset Equity said in a press release that it will pay $123.8 million in cash and stock for the $1.7 billion-asset parent of Lincoln Savings Bank. The deal is expected to close in the fourth quarter.
John Marshall Bancorp in Reston, Virginia, has agreed to buy Eagle Financial Services in Berryville, Virginia. The $2.4 billion-asset John Marshall said in a press release that it will pay $253 million in stock for the $1.8 billion-asset parent of the Bank of Clarke. The deal, which is expected to close in the first quarter, priced Eagle at 130% of its tangible book value.
