The OCC today announced that Donna Murphy has been named deputy comptroller for compliance risk. She will oversee development of policies and exam procedures related to consumer, Bank Secrecy Act/anti-money laundering and Community Reinvestment Act issues and advise OCC leadership on compliance and CRA matters. Murphy joined the OCC in 2013 after serving more than 20 years with the Department of Justice, and is currently the director of the agency’s community and consumer law division.
