At the 2017 Bank Marketing Conference, Lance Kessler, president of the marketing consulting firm Lance Kessler & Associates—and instructor at the ABA Bank Marketing School—sat down with Chukwukere Ekeh of Renasant Bank to discuss the process of restructuring marketing within the bank.
