Bankers are registering now for ABA’s School of Bank Marketing and Management, June 11-18 in Atlanta. Attendees must register by Wednesday, May 20, to receive ABA’s discounted hotel room rate.
The two-year curriculum — which includes in-person classroom training, between-session assignments and executive decision-making simulations — is designed not only to help bank marketers and managers better understand the basics of financial marketing but to position graduates to make valuable contributions to their banks’ business strategies.
“Not only did I learn a tremendous amount on how to increase my skills as a marketer, I increased my skills as a banker,” said Joann Marsili, VP for marketing and sales at Fidelity Deposit and Discount Bank, Dunmore, Pa., and a graduate of the school. “The ABA School of Bank Marketing and Management is the single greatest training I’ve received as a banker, and continues every day to assist me. My bank has received a greater ROI than it will ever know on this investment.”
