Rep. Tipton Introduces ABA, Alliance-Backed Tailored Regulation Bill

Rep. Scott Tipton today introduced the TAILOR Act (H.R. 2896), which would require financial regulators to consider bank risk profiles and business models when taking regulatory actions.
